Orders reach you in 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
How can I pay?
Pay cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or by bank transfer.
What if my item arrives defective, wrong or damaged?
Every order has a 30-day brand warranty. If your item arrives defective, wrong, damaged or not as described, message us on WhatsApp with your order number within 1–2 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes. Self pickup is available from our office near DHA Phase 2, Lahore. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes. Use code 100OFF at checkout for Rs. 100 off your first order of Rs. 997 or more. Buying 2 or more products? Bundle discounts of 5%, 7% or 10% apply automatically instead. The two can't be combined.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Lahore?
Yes. Order before 8 PM, Monday to Saturday, and pay in advance by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, and we'll send it by ride the same day, anywhere in Lahore. You pay the rider the actual ride fare when it arrives. Cash on delivery isn't available for same-day orders.
