Funbug Shipping Policy

At FunBug, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers across Pakistan.

Order Processing

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Sundays, when our team is closed).

Before dispatch, our team may confirm your order via a WhatsApp message to verify your delivery address and details — this helps us avoid failed deliveries, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. Major cities typically receive orders on the faster end of this window, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed — delays caused by weather, regional disruptions, or courier-side issues are outside our control, though we'll do our best to keep you updated if this happens.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is FREE on orders of Rs. 2,990 or more. Orders under Rs. 2,990 ship for a flat Rs. 250. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Self Pickup

Prefer to collect your order? Self pickup is available from our office near DHA Phase 2, Lahore. Message us on WhatsApp at 0320-7843688 to arrange a time.

Same-Day Delivery in Lahore
We deliver the same day anywhere in Lahore on prepaid orders placed before 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Pay for your order in advance by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash; cash on delivery isn’t available for same-day orders. Your order is sent by ride, and you pay the rider the actual ride fare when it arrives. This fare applies to every same-day order, including orders of Rs. 2,990 or more. Orders placed after 8 PM or on Sunday go out on the next working day. To order, place it on funbug.pk and WhatsApp 0320-7843688 with your order number and “same-day”.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Most Funbug orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery — you pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. Please keep the exact amount ready where possible to make delivery smoother for you and our courier partner.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow your order's progress.
