FunBug delivers anywhere in Pakistan in 3–5 working days, with cash on delivery, and every order comes with a 30-day brand warranty.
Shipping
- Dispatch: within 24 hours of your order, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday ship on Monday.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days, depending on your city. Major cities are usually faster.
- Shipping cost: free on orders of Rs. 2,990 or more. Orders under Rs. 2,990 ship for a flat Rs. 250.
- Tracking: you'll get your tracking details on WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.
- Self pickup: collect your order from our office near DHA Phase 2, Lahore. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a time.
Same-Day Delivery in Lahore
Need it today? FunBug delivers the same day anywhere in Lahore on prepaid orders placed before 8 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Area: all of Lahore.
- Cutoff: order and pay before 8 PM, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 8 PM or on Sunday go out on the next working day.
- Products: every product on funbug.pk.
- Payment: pay for your order in advance by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. Cash on delivery isn't available for same-day orders.
- Delivery fee: you pay the rider the actual ride fare when your order arrives. This applies to every same-day order, including orders of Rs. 2,990 or more.
- How to order: place your order on funbug.pk, then WhatsApp 0320-7843688 with your order number and "same-day". We'll confirm your payment and book your ride.
Payment
Pay cash on delivery anywhere in Pakistan, or pay in advance by bank transfer. Our team may message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
30-Day Brand Warranty
Every order placed on funbug.pk has a 30-day brand warranty, starting from the day you receive it. It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or misuse after delivery, and we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
Defective, Wrong or Not-as-Described Items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If it is defective, damaged in transit, wrong, or not as described, message us on WhatsApp at 0320-7843688 within 1–2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
How a claim works
- WhatsApp us your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
- Wait for our approval before sending anything back. Items sent without approval can't be accepted.
- Send the item back complete, in its original box with all accessories.
- We arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
Return shipping: FunBug pays it if we sent the wrong item. For a defective item, you pay the return shipping. There are no other fees.
Refunds
- Cash on delivery orders: refunded by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 10 business days of approval.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
