FunBug Warranty & Returns Policy

Every order placed on funbug.pk comes with a 30-day brand warranty. This page explains what it covers and what to do if your order arrives defective, wrong or not as described.

30-Day Brand Warranty

Your warranty starts on the day you receive your order and lasts 30 days. It covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that happen under normal use.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or misuse after delivery. We don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Defective, Wrong or Not-as-Described Items: Tell Us Within 1–2 Days

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, wrong, or not as described, message us on WhatsApp at 0320-7843688 within 1–2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Message us on WhatsApp at 0320-7843688 with your order number and a photo or video of the problem.
• Wait for our approval before sending anything back. Items sent without approval can't be accepted.
• Send the item back complete, in its original box with all accessories.

Return Shipping

• Wrong item sent by us: FunBug pays the return shipping.
• Defective item: you pay the return shipping.
• There are no other fees.

Refunds: How They Work

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll tell you on WhatsApp whether your claim is approved.

Since most FunBug orders are paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), approved refunds are processed as follows:

• COD orders: refunded by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash to the account or number you provide, within 10 business days of approval.
• Prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your claim was approved and you haven't received your refund, message us on WhatsApp at 0320-7843688 and we'll look into it right away.

Exchanges

Need a replacement for a defective or wrong item? Message us on WhatsApp, and once your claim is approved we'll arrange the exchange directly. No need to place a new order.
